Vaseline Lip Therapy Original Lip Balm vs. plain Vaseline: Which wins out for dry lips?

As an avid snacker, I probably go through lip balm more quickly than people who eat less frequently. Side note: I’m not sure how people go on the OMAD (one meal a day) diet. My stomach would protest too much, methinks. I’m constantly wiping it off before I start eating, then reapplying after I’m done eating, only to have to wipe it off again when I inevitably get a rumbly in my tumbly again.

Jeju:en Hyaluronic Acid Sleeping Mask Review

At TJ Maxx, you can expect that 100% of the time, you won’t need to pay the full “list price”—unlike Sephora, where you typically expect to shell out whatever is listed as the retail price (though it admittedly has a fabulous return policy). I picked up Jeju:en Hyaluronic Acid Sleeping Mask as part of a recent TJ Maxx skin care haul. I had never heard of this brand, but the packaging looked very sleek and polished, and I thought it was worth a try.

My local Ricky’s NYC recently shut down (RIP), so I guess I’ll need to find another neighborhood joint to satisfy my skin care fix. Ricky’s NYC always carried a great mix of luxury and affordable skin care and hair care products there, as well as international imports, including the Japanese sheet mask I’m going to review today. I bought this Pure Smile Pearl Sheet Mask because I was intrigued by the name.

Gatsby Shaving Gel Review: Is it the 'cool type' for you?

Gatsby is a Japanese-based brand that makes hair gels, shave gels, and other men’s grooming products. When I heard about this brand in the past, I always wondered it if was indeed an ode to F. Scott Fitzgerald’s famous novel, The Great Gatsby. It turns out that it really is: read the company’s about page to read the full story, but basically, Gatsby’s founder was inspired by the lifestyle of the novel’s title character.

American Crew Fiber Review

Today we’re diving back into the world of men’s hair grooming products: American Crew Fiber. This is a small tub of hair product that is supposed to add shape and appealing texture to your hair. American Crew did a partnership to feature Elvis on its products, which is what you see here:

I wonder what kind of hair products Elvis used? His hair was always so voluminous and rich. Actually, hair fiber is supposed to help thicken short hair, by providing a high degree of hold and rich texture.
